What activities are arranged for the Tempo days?
This is the perfect time to kickstart your health journey with your medical scheme of choice!
During the Tempo events, a variety of services will be available for beneficiaries 16 and older:
QUERY RESOLUTION SESSIONS
Senior consultants from the Scheme will be available on both days to assist you with escalated queries.
You are welcome to schedule a meeting with them should you have a personal question and do not want to ask it during the member meeting. To ensure that we prepare for your questions, please book your appointment by sending an email to courtesy@bestmed.co.za and provide your membership number and the topic of your query.
This will allow us to assign you to the relevant senior consultant or departmental manager.
