As of 23 March, until the 4 May 2020, the Scheme has cancelled all site visits to participating employer groups.
To ensure the health of our employees and all our members, our Walk-in Centre and Contact Centre will be closed on Saturdays until further notice. Our Contact Centre will be available Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 to 17:00 during the COVID-19 lockdown. Members at participating employer groups, such as yourself, also have access to the Key Account Consultant and Manager as assigned to you. This key account team is available via their mobile number and/or via email during office hours. They have continued access to the Bestmed system and will be able to assist you in the same manner that they would if they were onsite with you.
